Where We Ship

Our products can be delivered within mainland United Kingdom within 6–10 business days, excluding Northern Ireland and other non-mainland regions.


Standard Shipping

Orders over  £50: Free shipping 
Orders under  £50:  £9.99 shipping fee

Order Processing

We will process your order within 1–3 business days.(Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday.)


Delivery Time

Most orders in UK are delivered within 6–10 business days.


Shipping Carriers

We work with third-party carriers to deliver our products to customers. Our regular delivery partners is DHL.


Tracking Number

You should receive an email shortly after placing your order with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.


Change of Delivery Address

If the parcel is still in the warehouse, we will attempt to cancel the order free of charge for you.

Whether shipped by DHL, parcels cannot be intercepted once they are in transit. If the order is canceled at this stage, the customer will be responsible for a £5 return shipping fee.


Delivery Delay

If you have not received your products for an extended period, this may be due to the following reasons:

Unexpected Delays
Your delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, out-of-stock items, carrier delays, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Issue

The tracking information indicates that the item has not yet arrived, has not been shipped, has not been updated, or cannot be delivered.

The tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered, but you have not received it.

In these cases, please send us an email. We will investigate and find the best solution for you.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at service@usmile.uk as soon as possible.

If the parcel(s) are still in stock, we will do our best to cancel the order free of charge for you.

Whether shipped by DHL, parcels cannot be intercepted once in transit. If the order is canceled at this stage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us by email to confirm the exact cost.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the available items first and send the out-of-stock items as soon as they become available.
